  • Inquiry form data: full name, email address, travel month, number of travellers and any note you voluntarily provide.
  • Communication data: if you contact us via WhatsApp or email, the content of those messages and associated contact details.
  • Browsing and cookie data: with your consent, identifiers and data collected by Google's advertising tags for campaign measurement (see §5).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Responding to inquiries and preparing quotes — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
  • Advertising measurement and optimization via Google cookies — legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time.

4. How We Handle Form Submissions

When you submit the form, the data is sent to our inbox via Web3Forms (Reslancer LLP) and, if you choose to continue, opens a conversation on WhatsApp. We do not store the data in a database on this site: we receive it by email so we can reply to you.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure conversions from our advertising campaigns. We use Consent Mode: advertising and measurement cookies remain disabled by default and only activate after your consent via the banner. If you decline, no such cookie is set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser: the banner will reappear.

6. Data Recipients

We only share data with the providers necessary to deliver the service:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. — advertising tag and conversion measurement.
  • Web3Forms (Reslancer LLP) — email delivery of form submissions.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp) — if you contact us via WhatsApp.

7. Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided under GDPR (e.g. the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

8. Retention Period

We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to process it and any resulting correspondence, and in any case no longer than applicable regulations require. Data collected via cookies is retained according to the periods set by the respective providers.

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (GDPR art. 15–22).
